On Saturday November 9th, Atlanta-based photographer Ross Oscar Knight hosted a photo walk in the nation’s capital. The event welcomed more than 30 photographers to DC to share their passion of image making with each other. Starting at the White House, the group walked all around downtown Washington DC while capturing photographs of some of the most recognizable landmarks in the country. This was also Veteran’s Day weekend, so many veterans and their families were at memorials and monuments throughout the national mall area. The fellowship with fellow photographers was great, with some really cool images coming out of the experience. A few of mine are below. You can also check out the Flickr page or Twitter hashtag #rokdcphoto for contributions from other photographers who participated.
